In 2009, QNB contract calls to extend field services & merchant support services to QNB merchants’ network and to enable QNB to manage more effectively their merchant network providing the merchant High quality of services. We are serving about 20,000 terminals distributed over all Egypt.

ACQUIRING AWARDS

TAMWEEN

In 2008, EBE was awarded a contract to provide merchant support services to Smart in their food subsidy project “Tamween”. The contract calls for extending all Full Administration for 3 governorates (South Sinai- North Sinai- Red Sea) that sell subsidized food items to Egyptians holders of the “Tamween” card. In 2008 we awarded maintenance hardware contract of about 25,000 terminals of “ Tamween” Project.

ACQUIRING AWARDS

BREAD

In 2011, we awarded to supply all Bread Project Terminals of PAX Brand about (60,000) and maintenance it. This contract include extending all merchant support services to 30,000 bakery that sell Bread to Egyptians holders of the “Bread” card. The 30,000 Bakery supported 40 Million Egyptian families spread across all governorates across Egypt.

In 2010, NBE contract calls to extend field services & merchant support services to NBE merchants’ network and to enable NBE to manage more effectively their merchant network providing the merchant superior services to distinguish NBE as the leading acquiring bank in the country.

ISSUING ACHIEVEMENTS

In 2019, was proud to announce the winning of the Card Mailing solution for card center from our valued customer NBE by adding 2 high productivity otto kunnecke C8000 Card Mailing machines with average speed 6000 cards per hour. EBE proudly announces that it has increased the card personalization issues at our valued customer NBE by adding another 2 horizon evolution with value-added for 4000 cards per hour.
